Problem:
Upper Hutt City Council wanted to optimise their use of energy and water to save costs and contribute to sustainability initatives.
Solution:
Lumen conducted an energy and water audit identifying opportunities to reduce energy consumption by over 20% and water consumption by ~15%.
Results:
Implementation of findings from the audit cut the council's ongoing energy consumption by 14% in 6 months, leading to significant cost savings, and avoiding 66 tonnes of energy related carbon emissions.
