We are committed to providing excellent service quality for all clients on every engagement. On rare occasions and for a variety of reasons, things will not go to plan. We have implemented this complaints procedure to ensure that your concerns are dealt with promptly and fairly.

 

The first step is for you to raise your concerns with the Lumen team member assigned to your job. If you are not satisfied with their response, we encourage you to escalate the issue to our Managing Director.
